ŠKODA JS named new director of Temelín nuclear power plant 3&4 completion project

On August 8, 2011, Plzeň-seated company ŠKODA JS a.s., a prime supplier of nuclear equipment and leader of the MIR. 1200 Consortium, named a new director of the “Temelín NPP 3&4 Completion” project. The new director is Ing. Josef Perlík, a member of the Board of Directors and director of the Engineering division. Up to now, Mr. Perlík has also acted as a director of currently the largest investment project of ŠKODA JS a.s., which is the company’s participation in the Mochovce NPP 3&4 Completion project.
Ing. Josef Perlík will be responsible for coordination of preparatory activities and elaboration of a competitive bid on behalf of the MIR. 1200 Consortium. Elaboration of bids will be initiated as soon as all the qualified candidates are officially handed-over the final tender documentation for Completion of Temelín NPP 3&4. In management of the Temelín NPP 3&4 Completion project, Mr. Perlík replaced Ing. Roman Zdebor, who had significantly contributed to preparation of the MIR. 1200 Consortium bid and will closely cooperate with the project team in future.
