ŠKODA JS has succeeded in prestigious contest European Business Awards

ŠKODA JS has joined the best 10 Czech companies, which successfully entered the second round of prestigious international contest European Business Awards.
This contest regards exceptional commercial subjects from EU countries. The ten nominated companies shall be honoured on the June 3rd in Prague. ŠKODA JS now has a chance to enter the European finals, whose results shall be festively declared in Paris on November 16th.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director, Mr. Miroslav Fiala appreciatesthat ŠKODA JS is positively presented in the European context: „More than ever before, we are the part of significant European subject, as the renaissance of nuclear power industry undoubtedly is. As a company, that has been active in the field of nuclear industry for over 50 years, we have a lot to offer in this point of view“.
European Business Awards is an independent program, that has been drawing attention to the most significant representatives of European business for four years. The aspirants for the award are judged by strict criteria, that take into considration not only the commercial success, but they are also evaluated upon ethical character of the company, its inovative intentions, all in respect with the principal of sustainable development. The companies, representing individual countries of EU are evaluated by jury consisting of tens of economists, enterpreneurs, academicians, politicians and journalists from all over the Europe
